Luxi Group is a state-owned chemical company established in 1992. Its origin Luxi Fertilizer Plant was built in 1976. In June 1998 Luxi Chemical Group Co., Ltd. was founded and went public at Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
With 15.6 billion Yuan assets and over 10,000 employees, Luxi Group has built over forty facilities producing more than 50 chemicals. It annually produces 3.6million tons chemicals, 3.3million tons fertilizers and over 100,000 tons equipment.
