Nantong Zhongli owns the latest advanced production equipment and machines, such as computer control spinning machine of Germany Barmag / Beijing Zhongli and computer control winding machine of Japanese TMT, Nantong Zhongli is equipped with 16 production lines of NYLON 6 POY and 8 production lines of FDY & HTY, have reached an annual capacity of 18,000tons of POY & 8,000tons of FDY & HTY by 2018. Nantong Zhongli also equipped with supporting production lines of PA6 DTY, Twist, Dope Dyed color yarn, Nylon 6 monofilament yarn, Low melted yarn, Spandex covered Nylon 6 yarn, etc; And has succeeded to develop functional nylon 6 yarn, such as In-Situ Polymerized Graphene modified Nylon 6 Filament yarn, and Flame Retardant Nylon 6 filament yarn.
