Shantou Legend Elastic Co., Ltd was founded in 1995. The company employs over 400 people. A new branch factory was created in 2014 in Chittagong Bangladesh with 200 local workers. Legend Company mainly produces elastic and steel wire for underwear and swimwear in its Bangladeshi factory.
Legend Company covers an area of over 12,000m². Its main products include woven stretch straps and bands, metal ornaments, metal rings, sliders & hooks, metal and plastic wire and bone, ribbon bows and jacquard Tronic lace. The company is Oeko-Tex 100 and Bureau Veritas certified.
Legend Elastic Department boasts the new computerized Mücad pattern design system with 240 Swiss Jakob Müller computer jacquard elastic weaving machines and Italian Comes elastic knitting machines, 4 Italian Menegatto double-layer computerized elastic wrapping machines and 5 single-layer elastic wrapping machines, 9 continuous dyeing machines.
Legend Metal Department is equipped with 4 mold engraving machines, 7 die-casting machines for producing ornaments, charms, pendants, rings, sliders and hooks in zinc alloy, 6 punching press machines and 4 powder coating machines for nylon powder-coated rings, sliders and hooks. 30 steel wire machines and over 20 other machines producing steel and plastic bones, nylon plastic rings, sliders, hooks and ornaments. Electroplating is carried out on-site using a 100% environmentally-sound procedure.
Legend Lace Department owns 4 German Karl Mayer Jacquardtronic machines with extremely high production and quality capabilities for specially customized lace.
