Our journey began in 1994 when Mr. Hemantbhai Patel (M.SC Chemistry) after getting his experience by working for Multinational companies and gaining experience in the industrial field FOUNDED Sunrise Dyestuff Industries, initially focusing on manufacturing direct dyestuffs, specifically Direct Orange and Direct Yellow. In 2002, he expanded our operations by establishing Kalida Industries, where we began manufacturing dye intermediates, which allowed us to broaden our range of direct dyes significantly.
In 2019, Mr. Pratik Patel (Beach Chemical Engineering) joined the business after completing his studies at PDEU University. After getting in the business he applying his chemical engineering experience helped his father in increased the capacity of the plant and then after learning from his market experience started leading the company to new levels of growth and export market reach. For the past five years, we have also developed expertise in producing salt-free dyes, which are essential for manufacturing digital printing inks.
* Currently, Sunrise Enterprise Group operates two well-equipped plants with a comprehensive range of machinery and R&D facilities, enabling us to produce the finest quality products. Our current yearly production capacity stands at 600-800 MT for Direct Dyes and 300-500 MT for Intermediates.
* A Third unit under sunrise group is ADILAK INDUSTRIES which is made to increase the manufacturing capacity and to match with the increasing demand of dyes and intermediate day by day.
Our facilities include a total of 15 S.S. 316 vessels and 5 to 8 HDPE ranging in capacity from 5 KL to 40 KL, 4 filter presses, 2 gas-operated boilers, 1 nine-membrane RO machine, a best in class ETP plant and 5-6 Blenders for dyes blending. We also boast a state-of-the-art R&D centre dedicated to Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA), ensuring top-notch quality with effective pricing.
Sunrise has always thought a clean environment for the coming future generations and has always stepped one step forward towards zero carbon emission, for that we have developed green belt to minimize carbon emission by planting more than 1000 trees. Our best in class ETP are dedicated to reuse the water generated by washing vessels and for high COD water Spray dryers and societies MEE (Multi effect evaporate) plants are used
