Communication – A well trained and dedicated Merchandising Team led by The Director Operations handle the daily communication functions. Ensuring reliable and accurate information is passed on to you at a very short response time.
SAMPLING
All sampling programs are discussed with the factories in the beginning stage itself to clarify all instructions. The samples sent to you are inspected and sent with our comments.
QUALITY CONTROL
A team of well trained and qualified quality control personnel; trained by German Technicians conduct the Inspection of Orders. Inspection reports are made of the Inline; mid and Final random Inspections and sent. Final Random Inspections are done at AQL level of 2.5. for Major and 4.0 for Minor.
